Edwards Supporters

"Besides you, who support John Edwards?" This is a question that I was asked over the weekend at the door of an undecided potential caucus goer. I wish I had these pictures with me at the time. These are some of the precinct workers and volunteers who are working very hard to talk with voters who haven't made up their minds about who they will support on January 3rd and beyond. They are your neighbors, your co-workers, your friends. Some of the higher profile people working on the campaign are County Supervisor Terrence Neuzil and County Sheriff Lonny Pulkrabek. But mostly, they are teachers, health care workers, university professors, retirees, fire fighters, union members, farmers, college students, white collar professionals, women and men.

Many have supported John Edwards since 2004 and many, myself included, have jumped on the bandwagon this year because we believe John Edwards has a vision for leadership and is the best choice to end the war in Iraq and improve foreign relations, provide health care that is affordable and universal, work on reducing global climate warming and diversify our energy policy, and improve the economy so that more Americans can join and remain in the middle class.
