As John Edwards retraces the steps of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King in the South this week on his "Road to One America tour", he reminds us all that we can help alleviate poverty in our own communities by becoming members of his One Corp. Johnson County Has one, but you can find one in your area by going to the One America blog site and signing up.
Edwards is the only candidate focused on the issues that can make a real difference in ending poverty in our country: a living minimum wage, health care for all, support for union organization and negotiation.
For our country to live up to its values, we need all Americans to be in the game.
