The fine folks at Marcus Theaters tell me:
"The (sic) sycamore theatre will be playing "Sicko" starting this Friday. Theatres receive their bookings late on Monday afternoon and then the website updates after the theater programs their showtimes. Showtimes are usually all posted by Tuesday morning."
