Susan A. Stanton was formerly the City Manager of Largo, Florida, a city of 77,814 people, for 14 years supervising about 1,200 employees and a budget of $130-million. Prior to that, she was assistant city manager in Largo and a former city administrator in Berea, Kentucky.Her MA in Public Administration from the University of Florida.
She recently was a candidate for the city of Sarasota, Florida city manager's position.
She has a son, Travis, who is 14.
