N.H. Bill could force IA Caucus Change according to the AP - The New Hampshire House has approved a bill giving the secretary of state clear authority to schedule New Hampshire's presidential primary before the Iowa and Nevada caucuses -- if he wants to.

State law requires the secretary of state to schedule the primary on a Tuesday a week or more before any ``similar election.'' The bill gives New Hamshire Secretary of State Bill Gardner the sole authority to decide what constitutes a similar election.
