Mukasey's Future Murkier

How's the confirmation vote For AG-designate Michael Mukasey looking? Talking Points Memo reports so far that nine senators are walking away from Mukasey.

    Schumer and Feinstein will vote for him in the Judiciary Committee. I suspect Gregg and Specter will vote for him too. He's in.

    All of the senators should watch this video.
